My goals are not to make money but to produce good work. Obviously I need money to live in this modern world we occupy but I see money as more of an end result of hard work. I am a hard worker but only for the things that matter; and we all have our own unique set of priorities. That's why my next big project will probably (realistically) be completed late 2011/early 2012. I want to do the best work I can possibly do. And Ain Soph Aur, now being a multimedia project, the end product being what it is and by the sheer scope of it, it would obviously be a more arduous task to complete a project now than any stale fashion show would be in the past. And me not being the most wealthy person I know, it will take time to fund every single aspect of it, so patience is now a key element in realizing my goals. I wouldn't be satisfied with anything less than perfect.

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with people, in general. I know it's the hermit in me saying these things but sometimes it doesn't seem worth it. It can be overwhelming at times because you let people in and it really gives them a certain power over you to infiltrate your thoughts; saying it can be annoying would probably be an understatement. I hold grudges, it's true. Maybe i should have expressed myself better at the time. Maybe I'll get over it with time.
