Fried egg on waffles, with avocado...

Sprinkled with paprika, salt, pepper, and fancy garlic, delicious! Although the yolk was a bit too runny to what i'm use to, just means i needa cook it for a few more secs...or just use the egg whites...what do i call these little buggers?
